CREMA AI MARRONI


INGREDIENTI:
1 l di latte,
180 gr di zucchero,
9 tuorli d'uovo,
60 gr di farina,
1/2 bacca di vaniglia,
1 pizzico di sale,
350 gr di confettura di marroni biologica,
8 marron glaces.

PROCEDIMENTO:
Bollite il latte in una casseruola antiaderente,la metà sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile in a mixing bowl beat well the yolks with remaining sugar;
then add the sifted flour and mix together.
Add this mixture to boiling milk and stir until the cream will thicken.
Transfer to a bowl and let it cool very well;
spent the waiting time, add the cream and jam brown marron glaces chopped coarse, mix well with everything beater.
Useful for filling cakes, pastries and desserts to make.
