New Expensive Horse Trailers

ALICI MARINATE


INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of fresh anchovies,
a glass of white wine vinegar,
the juice of 2 lemons,
1 bunch of parsley,
1 clove garlic,
extra virgin olive oil, salt
.

PROCEEDINGS
First, private head and entrails of anchovies and wash well under running water.
Once you've cleaned the threads , arrange them side by side on a large plate;
prepare the marinade in a bowl made with vinegar and lemon juice, mix well and sprinkle it with anchovy juice sour, let it sit at room temperature for about 30/40 ', until the fillets clearer and consequently fired.
Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley and the garlic, pour the mixture in a bowl with a pinch of salt and plenty of olive oil.
Now place the anchovies in a circle in the dish, then pour over the parsley oil, the center decorated with a slice of tangerine, let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving and enjoy! !
