TORTA STREUSEL ALLE MELE


Ingredients for streusel:
75 grams of flour,
40 grams of soft butter,
25 grams of sugar cane,
1 / 2 packet of yeast.

PROCEDURE FOR streusel:
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl, then add the butter and mix with your hands, finally add the sugar and mix again with hands not too much, as long as a result of large crumbs.


INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE: 1
dose of streusel,
80 grams of starch,
35 grams of flour Manitoba,
75 grams of sugar cane,
50 grams of soft butter,
2 eggs,
1 / 2 packet of yeast,
80 grams of biscuits banana,
three golden apples.

PROCEDURE FOR THE CAKE:
Sift flour into a bowl and baking powder, add the softened butter, sugar and eggs, mix all together and mounted for a few minutes.
Versate nel mixer i biscotti e riduceteli in polvere;
imburrate la tortiera e cospargetela con la polvere di biscotto,versate all'interno il composto.
Dopo averle sbucciate e private del torsolo,tagliate le mele a fette da 1/2 cm e disponetele sulla superficie a raggiera,spolverare poi con uno strato di biscotti in polvere e infine le briciole di streusel.
Infornate a 180° C per circa 1 ora.
Servite tiepida o a temperatura ambiente e buon appetito!!!
