TROFIE AL CAVOLFIORE


INGREDIENTS:
250 g trofie,
a white cauliflower,
8 anchovy fillets in oil, spicy
1 clove garlic,
40 g parmesan cheese,
extra virgin olive oil, salt
.

PROCEEDINGS
After washing cauliflower, suddivitelo in many small florets;
in a pan, fry for a few minutes the anchovies with a little olive 'oil and a clove of garlic peeled and crushed, then add the florets of cauliflower, a few tablespoons of hot water and cover, cook for 5 / 6';
drain the pasta al dente and pour into the pan with a little 'of its water, finish cooking pasta in covered pan, add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt and jump to mix everything.
